Family Feuds

So I've decided that I don't like family feuds.  I would love to go on the game show someday.....  But, there has recently been one in my family recently, and I was just curious if it was just our family that does this, or if it was everyone's.  Things are done in stupidity, or out of ignorance that aren't meant to hurt, but sometimes they do.  I feel really bad because our family is who are going to be around the longest.  It seems that no matter what is done, our family will still be there for us in times of need.  That's not always to be said about a friend.   So, in an effort to be more kind, lets point that effort towards our families!

Dylan's haircut!

So I braved cutting Dylan's hair the other day. It had grown down past his ears in the back and it was starting to curl. It was very cute, but I thought he would also look cute with his hair cut as well. Mary helped me and I didn't do a half bad job, although I missed a few spots. Oh well, practice makes perfect!!!
Before
Piles of hair
After, my happy little baby boy, I mean, big boy!  I can hardly believe how grown up it made him look.!!!

rub a dub dub 4 men in a tub??

So, Missy, Brett, and Max have been living in our basement for a week now, tonight we decided to put them in the tub all 4 together.  Here is the best picture I got. =0)

Wrestling

So during the 45th anniversary celebration Brad decided it would be "fun" to wrestle with his nephews. I think he's silly to want to do something like that. Anyhow, I don't really like rough housing, especially indoors. So I was sitting on the couch just minding my own business and here comes Brad with Jeff on his back and he hits his hand right into my arm. I was shocked beyond belief! It hurt so much it made my head spin! He looks at me and asks if I'm ok and I say NO, and he just took that opportunity to take Jeff off guard and throw him to the ground. =0) What DORKS!

I'm so glad when Daddy comes home!!

Brad comes home nearly every weekend from Cedar City. Lately Tenille and Lacey have wanted to talk on the phone with him and when he comes home, this is what frequently occurs.

Poor guy, can't get a moments rest from the kids when he comes home. I think it is absolutely adorable and to be honest, it gives me a nice little break! =0)

WHAT???

So, I figure we've been doing it wrong all along!! =0) HEE HEE!

Similarities

Ok, so Brad has this shirt that has a zipper on it.   Tenille was very attracted to it, and just the other day, Brad was wearing the same shirt and we found that Dylan is in love with the zipper too!

Happy 45th Anniversary Mom and Dad

Happy Anniversary!  I know I was a little late posting the pictures, but what are you going to do...  Anyhow, I for one am glad you got married, otherwise, i wouldn't have Brad as my husband!!!  Thanks for all you do for us and all the support that you have given to us.  As you have lived with us for the last little while, I have grown really close to you and wouldn't have it any other way!  Love you guys!!!

I really loves my...

....Red and Yellow bug

Obviously, the pictures speak for themselves!!

Standing up on EVERYTHING!

Dylan has now decided to stand himself up on everything that he can think of.  I finally put the gate up at the top of the stairs again because he is hard to keep track of and the last thing I want is a child at the bottom of the stairs.  =0)

He has also decided it's in his best interest to climb the slide at ANY opportunity that presents itself!!  It drives Lacey and Tenille nuts!!  They want to go down and with him climbing up the slide, they can't do it.  And until about 2 weeks ago, he couldn't go anywhere, but then he finally climbed to the top.

He was so proud of himself!  I think he will be walking before either of my girls did.  Lacey walked at 11 months and Tenille walked the day before she turned 1.  I'm guessing 10 1/2 months and he's walking!  AHH, Heaven help me!!  =0)
